| · | When I start Call Soft I get a message box with the caption _ASSERTE and text saying "intf != 0 @" blah blah.

| This is your system trying to tell you it's not able to load a part of Call Soft... makes sense hu? It's caused by some Call Soft component not being initialized. We think this is a result of using a poor registry scanner / fixer program. The scanner or something else is removing critical component settings that Windows needs. These settings are created when you install Call Soft so if they are removed they are lost. The fix is easy, simply re-install Call Soft. You don't need to uninstall your current version first, simply install on top of it.

| · | When I try to delete messages in the incoming call list nothing happens.

| Go to the General tab in Call Soft's setup and click the "Reset messages" button. Call Soft usually asks if you want to remove messages but you have the option not to do this when the message is show. You may have clicked the remember option but clicked the cancel button afterwards so Call Soft is remembering your last response which is Cancel.
