Transfering a call

Call Soft can transfer a call assuming you have this feature provided by your phone company or internal PBX system.  
 
Setup a mailbox to use the "Dial something" post greeting option. After playing a greeting Call Soft will dial the preset sequence of numbers necessary to transfer a call. For example to transfer a call using Vonage VoIP phone you would first flash the line, dial #90 followed by the number to call, then hang up. Using this scenario you would set the "Dial something" string to this:

The ! flashes the line, two commas are added to wait 2 seconds. This is only because it takes a second or two for the line to finish flashing. The #90 is sent telling Vonage we want to transfer the call. We then send the number we want to transfer the call to followed by a period which tells Call Soft to hang up.
