Stop playing greeting/recording if you answer another phone

If you answer the phone and hear Call Soft playing a greeting or recording a message here is how to stop it.

Repeat these steps for all your mailboxes.

1. Right click on your main mailbox and select properties.

2. Click on the Remote Options tab.

3. Right click in the list and select new.

4. On the remote properties window make it read like this:

5. Click OK to close the remote properties window.

6. Click OK to close the mailbox properties window.

Now when you need Call Soft to stop playing a greeting or recording a message simply enter an asterisk *. You can substitute the * for any number you wish.
