| Time Schedules are used frequently to define active time periods. A scheduled time can be of type weekly |
| · | Create as many schedules as you need.
| · | Specific Dates take precedence over Weekly. So if you have a specific date set for New Years day, which happens to be a Monday, and a weekly schedule where Monday is included, the specific date schedule will be used.

You can also make all days the same as one by right clicking on the day you want all the others to be like and select "Set all days the same as this".

| Specific Date Schedules: |
| Use these schedules to define a time period based on a single day or range of days. If the schedule is based on a monthly or yearly date choose one of the renew option monthly or yearly. After the schedule expires, Call Soft will automatically reset the schedule for the next month or year depending on your choice. When you change the start date and it's less than the end date, the end date will automatically be changed to the start date plus one day. It's not possible to choose an end date less than the start date.
