| Greetings are associated with mailboxes. You create or define the greeting via the General tab in mailbox properties. A caller will hear the greeting defined in your main mailbox first. If they move to another mailbox, they will hear the greeting defined in it, etc...

| A greeting can be a wave file you record or a text file, if you want your greetings spoken.
