Pending Notification Window

The pending notification window shows all notifications that have not been sent. Notifications can be put into the pending queue when a mailbox attempts to send a notification during a time when it's notifications are not active. Call Soft will send the notifications when the mailbox notification active times become active.  
 
To open the pending notification window select View -> Pending Notifications from Call Soft's main menu.

The Mailbox column indicates the mailbox that is responsible for putting the notification into the queue.

The Type column indicates the type of notification EMail, Phone/Pager, LAN or YAC.

The When column indicates when the notification will occur.

You can set a notification to execute immediately by right clicking on the notification and selecting "Execute Now".  
You can also delete a notification by right clicking on it and selecting "Delete".  

When there are pending notifications you will see a bell and clock clip0241 icon in Call Soft's status bar (very bottom of main window).
