| Call Soft revolves around the concept of a mailbox tree. The mailbox tree is made up of 1 or more mailboxes. A mailbox can have sub mailboxes and those

| sub mailboxes can have sub mailboxes etc.
| There is always at least one mailbox, the main greeting. This will be the head waters into your mailbox tree and will contain the greeting your callers will hear.
| Mailboxes can be used:
| · | For storing messages your callers leave.
| · | To route calls based on time or caller ID.
| · | To convey information to a caller e.g. press 1 for this or 2 for that.
| · | As a link to another mailbox.
| · | As a dumping ground for faxes, recorded conversations etc.
| · | To invoke a remote option.

| Examples showing the use of mailboxes:
| Example 1. One mailbox called main greeting. Your caller's simply are greeted with the greeting defined in this mailbox and simply leave a message. The message will show up in the incoming call history.
| Example 2. One main greeting and two sub mailboxes. This allows the caller to leave a message for either James or Rheamy. You could also allow the main greeting to take a message giving the caller a third option to leave a message both.
| Example 3. A real mailbox tree used by a property management company. The mailbox tree is designed to allow a resident to call in, get office hours, additional information or report a maintenance or security problem. If the problem is an emergency the appropriate maintenance or security people are notified.
